Legalisation is the official process of document authentication granted by international governments.

An Apostille stamp is required to ensure the authenticity of your official documents before it is legalised.

Apostilles are the official seal of the foreign commonwealth office (FCO) certifying your documents as genuine.  

Notarisation is the process of verifying the authenticity of facts set out in a document.


The usual Legalisation Process of a document is as follows:


Step One: Notarise the document by appointed solicitor of FCO if it is needed.

Step two: Apostille the document by FCO

Step Three: Legalise the document by the consulate of the country that the document will ultimately is going to be used.
